Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policy Scheduling All sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Appointments are confirmed once payment (if required) is received. Payment Single sessions and packages must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. Cancellation & Rescheduling A minimum of **24 hours’ notice** is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled at no additional cost. Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance** will result in the **forfeiture of the session**. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and the session will be forfeited. Pre-Paid Packages / Series Sessions purchased as part of a package must be used within the agreed timeframe. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the **loss of that session from your package**. Packages are non-refundable but may be transferable at the provider’s discretion. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Full session fees apply. Provider Cancellations If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a new time or a full refund for that session.
