Cancellation Policy

ROOTED & RISING Retreat Booking & Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. Because ROOTED & RISING is an intimate retreat experience with limited enrollment and advance commitments for lodging, meals, programming, and other retreat expenses, the following cancellation policy applies to all registrations. Cancellation by Participant If you need to cancel your registration: 30 days or more before the retreat: You may receive a full refund of the amount paid. 15–29 days before the retreat: Payments are non-refundable; however, you may receive a $500 credit toward a future PIVOT retreat. 14 days or fewer before the retreat: Registration payments are non-refundable. No-shows or early departures: No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure. $500 Future Retreat Credit Any $500 retreat credit issued under this policy: May be applied toward registration for a future PIVOT or Unbridled Connection retreat. Is limited to one credit per cancelled registration. Has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a refund. May not be combined with another cancellation credit. Is transferable to another person with prior approval from PIVOT. Must be used within 18 months of the original ROOTED & RISING retreat date. If the future retreat selected costs less than $500, the credit may be applied up to the cost of that retreat; any unused balance will not be refunded. Cancellation by PIVOT If PIVOT cancels the ROOTED & RISING Retreat, registered participants may choose either: 1. A full refund of retreat registration fees paid, or 2. A 100% credit of the amount paid toward a future PIVOT or Unbridled Connection retreat. PIVOT is not responsible for reimbursing airfare, transportation, lodging booked separately, or other travel-related expenses. ### Agreement By registering for ROOTED & RISING, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Booking & Cancellation Policy. Please note:This policy addresses booking, cancellation, refunds, and retreat credits only. Participant liability, assumption of risk, medical considerations, and related matters are addressed separately in the ROOTED & RISING Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver.
